Refund Policy

This refund policy provides an overview of Starting in Australia’s and Sheltons Group’s practices regarding refunds of purchases made online. Note that educational courses are administrated and realized by Sheltons-SITTI, a member of Sheltons Group.

Education Course Refunds

A full refund will be made for cancellations received at least 21 working days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 21 days will be subject to a 50% administration fee except that regretfully cancellations made within 7 days of the date of the event will not give rise to a refund, even if wishing to transfer to another date or course. You will however receive a copy of the documentation. You may always send another delegate in your place. We reserve the right to cancel the event if registrations are insufficient, or to alter dates, and accept no responsibility for any loss arising from such cancellation. In the event that a course is cancelled by Sheltons Group registration fees will be refunded in full.

Please note refunds cannot be made unless notification is received in writing or by email to the below addresses, as well as within the appropriate time perspective detailed above.
